1、 Mixer type: The types of mixers mainly depend on the types of mixing blades. The commonly used mixers are generally propeller type (propeller blade), in addition to inclined slurry type, frame type, anchor type, turbine type, screw type and other types of mixers. The first three are commonly used. Propulsion type and inclined paddle type stirring are generally used for rapid stirring of small fluids. The commonly used types are three blade spiral propelling type and two blade inclined paddle type. The number of blades can be two, three, four or more. The blade is generally one layer, or two or more layers. Box type mixing is generally used for slow mixing of large fluids. It is generally rectangular mixing box. In addition, there are arc box type or plate frame type, and multi box combination type can be used as required. Anchored mixing belongs to frame mixing, which is widely used in food processing and chemical mixing. Turbine mixing forms are relatively diverse, mainly to strengthen the shearing action and circulation capacity of the fluid. They are mainly divided into open turbine type and disc turbine type. The specific blade forms are relatively diverse according to different mixing needs, so they will not be listed here. The mixing shaft and impeller are generally made of A3 steel, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. Various anti-corrosion materials, such as glass fiber reinforced plastics, rubber and plastic lining, can also be lined on the shaft body and propeller surface according to different anti-corrosion requirements.
